| ReturnsAny goods received damaged should be notified to us via e-mail within 48 hours. Any claims for damages notified outside of this will not be accepted. Goods which are deemed to be not suitable for any reason can be returned for refund. Due to our discount pricing, we regretably must charge the customer for carriage costs incurred by us in these cases. We must be notified by e-mail of your intention to return the goods which must be returned for inspection, in an unused, resaleable condition, within 7 days of reciept. Returns must be in the origional packaging, and a certificate of posting obtained from the post office. The customer must pay for the cost of returning goods in the above circumstances. In the event of a manufacturing or electrical fault, the customer will be offered a full refund or replacement.
